Rugs by Robinson Ltd. was established in 1985 by Betty Robinson and her son Haynes Robinson. Rugs by Robinson originally specialized in custom designed Portuguese needlepoint rugs. Having become recognized for their needlepoint designs, the company began producing needlepoint carpets in China for wholesale in 1992. Thus began the Rugs by Robinson of today which has grown to include a variety of vegetable dyed rugs from India, Iran, Turkey, and Pakistan. Rugs by Robinson is also well known for keeping one of the most unique collections of antique carpets in America. We are a major source for antique Oushaks, Agras, Sultanabads, Lavar Kermans, Tabriz and Fereghan Sarouks. The most important thing we offer is our service. Finding the correct rug for a particular space can sometimes be a confusing task. Our job is to make the task a pleasant and satisfying experience. By understanding the context of the application and final result desired, we work with our clients to achieve our goal. That goal is to provide clients with “nothing but good choices.”
